This nicely restored 1964 356C/1600 SC Reutter coupe was finished on February 28, 1964 and was built with the longest list of options we have ever seen on a 356. 

The options originally delivered with the car include: Electric Sunroof, Sunvisor w/Mirror, 2 Headrests, Trim Strips, Fire Extinguisher, Exterior Mirror – Right, 2 Fog Lights, Blaupunkt Radio “Frankfurt”, 2 Loudspeakers, Antenna, Ventilated Chrome Wheels, Floormats, Coco – Blue, Chrome Horn Ring, 2 Pair of Seatbelts, Expander for Fastening Suitcases, Balance Spring, “Skai Dur” Suitcase - Brown (Under, Front Hood), Chrome Luggage Rack, Set of Leather Straps for Luggage Rack, Limited Slip Differential, Michelin Tires (165/15).

The original paint color was Sky Blue and the interior was Fawn leatherette.  During a full cosmetic restoration by Glenn Vaughn Restoration Services, Inc. (Post Falls, ID) the color was changed to a very attractive shade of silver metallic.  It is worth noting that both front and rear deck lids are stamped with the last three digits of the VIN, “573” and are original to the car.  Once the paint, chrome undercarriage and suspension were refinished, a full leather interior in “Red Wine” was sourced from Klasse 356, Inc. (Allentown, PA) and installed in the car.  The seat covers (front and rear), door panels, arm rest covers, rear and side panels, garnish rail covers and dash cover are all genuine leather.  The only think that isn’t leather in the interior is the headliner, which was also replaced.

The original, matching numbers engine (820638) and transmission (75723) were disassembled, inspected and rebuilt by Alpine Motors (Hayden, ID).  Since the restoration, this SC has traveled just 2,334 miles.  It has fresh fluids and is tuned and ready to go.  All receipts are on hand and can be evaluated by any perspective purchaser.
